Prague, 29.10. 2024 - Czech fantasy folk band Deloraine presents a new single Odin, Lord of Ravens from their upcoming third album. The song is accompanied by a unique Nordic music video filmed in Iceland, the land of fire and ice, among black rocks and volcanic smoke. The work of Czech cinematographer František Menšík offers an interesting story against the backdrop of the beautiful Icelandic nature, in which Odin himself appears. With the single, the band is attracting fans to autumn concerts all over the country as part of the current Sabat tour.
"Filming in Iceland was a dream come true for us. We couldn't have picked a better place, the nature and the midnight sun between the snow-capped mountains made for absolutely ethereal creations," says Deloraine. "The combination of music and visual experience is very important to us and we believe that our fans will not be disappointed with the result."
Behind the camera was the talented Czech cinematographer František Menšík, whose footage captured the unique atmosphere and beautiful scenery of Iceland. Newly in collaboration with Joana Braga, who took care of the aerial shots with her drones, they created a breathtaking visual cocktail. The costumes for the video were created by the well-known talented costume designer and cosplayer Victoria Hofferson and also Dagmar Fajtová, who in an original way made sure that the characters in the video reflected the shamanic mystical atmosphere of the song.

The band Deloraine is known for its unique blend of folk, fantasy and mythological elements. Lord of the Ravens is another example of their artistic vision and commitment to bringing fans a quality musical and visual experience. At the same time, this song is another single that will appear on Dryad's upcoming third album alongside the already released videos Lughnasad and Sabat.

It's going to be a wild pagan show with rituals, dancers, a horned witch, Celtic deities and Odin himself.
