1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process
Inquiries. When you message us through the form, we process the information you provide: name, email, phone, the name of your band, company or event, links to your music, profiles or event, the services you select and your other answers in the form (such as goals, an approximate budget and dates), your message and how you found us. We also store technical data needed to deliver and protect the form.
Website visit. When you visit the website, we process technical data needed to display the page and keep the website secure. If you give consent, we also use analytics and marketing tools to measure website traffic and evaluate advertising.
Client portal. The “For clients” link leads to Digi App at app.digiton.agency. Data processing inside the portal is governed by the rules and contractual documents of that application.
3. Why we process data and legal basis
- Handling inquiries — so we can reply and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering requests.
- Website operation and security — so the website works correctly and safely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.
- Analytics and advertising — only if you give consent in the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We use verified providers for website operation and inquiry handling:
- Vercel — website hosting and operation.
- Resend — delivery of the inquiry email to our team.
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with consent.
- Meta — Meta Pixel and related advertising measurement, only with consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we use appropriate safeguards, especially standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.
5. How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related business communication, and for as long as necessary to protect our rights or meet legal duties. Cookie data is kept according to each cookie lifetime or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use these categories:
- Essential cookies — required for basic website functionality. These include digiton_consent (cookie choice), digiton_lang (language choice) and digiton_ref (partner referral if you arrive through a referral link).
- Analytics cookies — help us understand website traffic. We use them only with consent.
