These terms cover the marketing website. Paid services by Digiton Music Agency are governed by the individual proposal, order or contract.

1. Website operator

The website digiton.agency is operated by Digiton Music Agency s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID 18021727, VAT CZ18021727. Contact: info@digiton.agency.

2. Website use

The website presents our services, references, articles and the option to send a non-binding inquiry. Use the website only lawfully and without damaging the website, interfering with its security or misusing forms.

3. Inquiries and proposals

Sending an inquiry through the website does not create a contract or an obligation to order a service. After receiving your inquiry, we may contact you with follow-up questions, a suggested next step or a proposal.

A binding cooperation starts only when a specific proposal, order or contract is confirmed.

4. Client portal

The “For clients” link leads to Digi App at app.digiton.agency. The portal is intended for Digiton Music Agency clients. Its use may be governed by separate rules, contract or business documentation.

5. Prices, billing and paid services

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are not part of this website and are set individually according to the service scope. Payment terms, billing, deadlines and deliverables are stated in the proposal, order or contract.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Text, graphics, photos, videos, logo and other website content are protected by copyright or rights of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our consent, except for ordinary sharing of a link to the website.

7. Liability

We try to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be complete or error-free. Results of marketing, distribution or promotion depend on many factors and are not automatically guaranteed unless a specific proposal or contract says so.

8. Third-party links

The website may contain links to external services, social networks, streaming platforms, ticketing services or the client portal. Their operators are responsible for the content, availability and rules of those services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We will try to resolve any disputes amicably first. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
